Empowering Youth: Workshop on Psychological Wellbeing

A thoughtful and engaging workshop was recently organized in collaboration with Nishant Wellness Mantra and Dr. Virendra Swaroop Institute of Professional Studies. The session focused on one of the most pressing concerns of our times – the major psychological issues faced by today’s youth and their possible solutions.

The workshop saw enthusiastic participation from students, particularly young women, who openly shared their experiences and concerns. The session was not just about identifying challenges but also about exploring meaningful ways to overcome them.


One of the highlights of the event was the guided meditation practice, which gave the students a chance to experience inner calm and mindfulness. In addition, a dedicated one-on-one Q&A session was held, where students received personalized responses to their queries.

The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with participants expressing that they felt heard, understood, and equipped with practical solutions. Many students shared that the session gave them a sense of relief and confidence in dealing with their personal and academic pressures.

Workshops like these remind us how important it is to address mental health openly and provide safe spaces for young minds to express themselves. It was a small yet powerful step towards building a healthier, happier, and more resilient youth community.
